Marketing Operations Manager

We are currently looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager to join our team! As a Product Marketing Manager  you will be responsible for orchestrating, monitoring, evaluating, and refining our buyer journey. Utilizing data-driven insights, you will strategically allocate resources along the trajectory of this journey, ensuring informed decision-making and maximizing efficacy. Ultimately, your efforts will culminate in the development of a robust marketing machine characterized by its predictability, repeatability, and measurable growth trajectory.


What is INDG?

Several of the largest consumer product brands in the world (Yamaha, Hugo Boss, Adidas, Honda, Electrolux) are trusting INDG for large-scale content production based on computer-generated imagery. Specializing in high-quality, scalable content for entire product portfolios, INDG’s approach revolves around the creation of digital twins for each product. From images and videos to real-time models, these digital twins are essential in streamlining the design process and bolstering presence across e-commerce platforms and marketing campaigns, thereby elevating the customer experience.


What’s Grip?

With the help of Grip companies such as L'Oréal, Coca-Cola and Beiersdorf are automating content production for their entire business. Grip moves classic media creation efforts into the cloud, effectively virtualizing production. The software solution Grip takes care of generating high-quality visuals, at scale, on-demand and based on data. Brand styles, as well as product look and feel are codified, which ensures an entirely consistent, always on-brand output, no matter who (or what) requests it.


What will you be doing?

  • Lead the integration of marketing automation and CRM system (own Hubspot).
  • Architect, track, measure, optimize our buyer journey, using data to inform decision-making and where you place your bets in that journey.
  • Set up all tracking and analytics for marketing channels.
  • Manage incoming leads and coordinate handoff to sales.
  • Plan and execute strategies to improve trial and upsell conversion rates.
  • Design, build, and maintain reports on marketing performance.
  • Execute and measure conversion tests and experiments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize landing pages and marketing funnels.
  • Evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Optimize user funnels and instrument conversion points.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for potential adoption.

Would be amazing if you have:

  • Proficient in data analysis, translating insights into action. 
  • Experienced in CRM and marketing automation systems. 
  • Skilled in project and stakeholder management.
  •  Strong collaborator with diverse stakeholders. 
  • Passionate about improving marketing and sales performance. 
  • Fluent English speaker. 
  • Preference for high-paced environment experience (startups, scale-ups, consultancy).
