We are looking for a Designer to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of working experience in a design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing various design projects, including banners, logos, and websites. We are open to full-time, part-time, and freelance candidates from anywhere in the world.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and designs for a variety of marketing materials including banners, logos, websites, and other brand assets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies
- Produce high-quality visual content for digital and print media
- Edit raw footage into polished video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas
- Create and maintain a library of design templates and assets for the team
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing and enhance user experience
Requirements
- Proven professional experience as a Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, with specific examples of banners, logos, and website designs
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
- Experience with web design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.) and website builders (Framer, Wix, WordPress, HubSpot, etc.)
- Design-related project management skills
- Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere, AfterEffects, Final Cut) with a strong portfolio
- Creative mind with strong storytelling and aesthetic skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in a fully remote environment is a plus
