Job Description

The Role

We are looking for a Regional Creative Manager to join the Marketplace - Talent team. You will be reporting to Senior Manager, Regional Creative and Content Promotion and work with Content Promotion team, in-house and external production teams. As Regional Creative Lead, you will take lead in campaign development process from research to development. This role demands attention to detail, understanding of design language, assets' production, social and marketing channels and capability to work strategically in order to effectively deliver assets to help the team achieve business targets and critical metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop creative and engaging content to drive awareness, promote and drive engagement for all marketplace - talent content, product and tools.
  • Training, supervising and mentoring design and creative team members as well as solve creative process problems as they arise
  • Coordinating design resources and collaborate with other departments to create a cohesive and effective creative campaign according to budget, objective and timeline.
  • Ensure all creative campaigns and assets are align with brand, campaign, channel and product guidelines
  • Monitor and analyse performance and constantly looking for new ways and trends to improve design department and processes
  • Propose, plan and initiate new initiatives to help Marketplace – Talent team to achieve important metrics and business objectives
  • Research to better understand target audience and stay active and abreast of social and creative trends

Key Metrics

  • Success of specific initiatives led (e.g., Social channel performance, effectiveness of content in driving business results, timeliness and budget spend)
  • Contribute to growth in reach, engagement, traffic, lead generation and SEO as well as user engagement conversion rate in addition to growth of organic users
  • Improve CTR and user retention for our web, video and audio products


Qualifications

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience or higher in multimedia, graphic design or other related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design and motion graphics with a supporting portfolio within creative agency, and/or marketing or Digital Media for a tech/entertainment/consumer brand
  • Experience and able to work with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro, Media Encoder, Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel and words) and other creative and video editing tools.
  • Excellent social skills in managing and prioritizing workload to meet timelines and manage multiple collaborators’ expectations
  • Up to date with the latest trends, digital technologies, marketing and ideal practices
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills in English!
  • Shows high level of accountability, coordination, motivation and problem-solving skills
  • Agile and proactive to learn or adapt to new tools as needed
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to creative excellence
  • Analytical mind-set, applying data and insights to strategy and execution to get results
  • Great teammate – works collaboratively with others in the team and across the organization, respecting diversity and valuing differences in opinion!
  • Industry knowledge – exhibits a keen awareness of customer desires, market trends and competitor offerings, with the ability to apply this knowledge practically.
